The effect is achieved due to the fact that in a multifunctional automatic telephone station containing a block of subscriber lines (BSL), to the linear inputs-outputs of which subscriber lines with analog telephones at the end are connected, a switching system (SS), a control system for a station SS, a tone generator, multifrequency signaling device, integrated service digital network (ISDN) access block, call processing unit, maintenance equipment, a local area network (LAN) concentrator, an electronic computer (computer) for maintenance, a modem, an Ethernet switch, two automated workstations (AWS) for operators based on a personal electronic computer (PC), a printer, a device for checking subscriber lines (SL), measuring device, subscriber telephone terminals, terminal station equipment, clock pulse generator and digital connecting line (DSL), additionally, a switching panel, an automated workstation (AWS) of an electronic document management system (EDMS) administrator, an EDMS operator's AWP, an EDMS server, a second Ethernet switch, a firewall, a router, an optical distribution frame, a digital transmission multiplexer, a public telephone network, transmission network channels were introduced data (TN) and integrated service digital network (ISDN).

EFFECT: invention expands the functionality of the station in terms of conducting telephone communications, ensuring data transmission, exchanging electronic correspondence, increases the volume and improves the quality of services provided to subscribers.
