SUBSTANCE: method of designing spectacle lenses, wherein positive and negative relative convergence, positive and negative relative accommodation and vertical fusion convergence are defined such that relative measurement values related to binocular vision, and one or both of positive and negative relative convergences are included in a separate relative measurement value. Method involves determination of optical design values using as an evaluation function, obtained by summation of functions of visual fatigue, including relative measurement values as coefficients in respective evaluation points of object. Function of visual fatigue includes as coefficients aberration of convergence and error in optical power and changes depending on aberration of convergence and error in optical power.
EFFECT: use in assessing, designing and manufacturing spectacle lenses of evaluation function, which takes into account functionality of binocular vision.
