FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: presented group of inventions relates to vibration equipment, namely to mechanical vibration generators for screens, conveyors, mixers, feeders, etc. and methods of generating vibrations by means of such generators. Presented inventions provide self-tuning of vibratory machine on vibrations with natural frequency even in case of changing its mass, as well as possibility of controlling amplitude of vibration machine at fixed frequency of excitator. According to proposed method to movable part of vibratory machine cylindrical reservoir (rotor) is connected, which is then filled with low-viscosity liquid to specific volume and is driven with such speed that it is accompanied by required resonance amplitude of harmonic oscillations. At that, parameters of vibratory machine must satisfy certain relationships of linear dimensions and weight of its controlled components.
EFFECT: proposed machine comprises bed, suspended container with rotating imbalance in form of hollow cylindrical reservoir partially filled with liquid, wherein mixture of liquid in reservoir depends on parameters of vibration machine and rotor speed.
