FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to information systems and can be used for optimisation of accounting processes and control of use of associated petroleum gas. Disclosed is an information system for accounting for associated petroleum gas intended for optimisation of accounting processes and controls use of associated gas at oil companies and process of calculating fees for emissions of harmful (polluting) substances resulting from use or burning of associated petroleum gas. System allows automatic data collection from measurement systems and number of parameters associated petroleum gas (hereinafter SIKG); generate reports on volumes produced, used and burnt APG in various sections of structure; calculate charge for emissions of harmful (polluting) substances resulting from use of associated gas for own needs and APG flaring. System is designed to ensure following objectives: create a single information space and increase efficiency of interaction between departments, employees of company and other stakeholders; provide participants of processes with accurate, timely and complete information on volumes produced, used and flared APG; reducing labour costs on process participants by automating data collection with SIKG, generate reports on volumes produced, used and flared APG, calculation of payment for emissions of harmful (polluting) substances resulting from use of associated gas for own needs and APG flaring.
EFFECT: technical result is optimised control of use of associated petroleum gas.
