SUBSTANCE: assembled lowering platform (1) comprises balance (3) with roller (4), spring (5) and lowering wheel (6), controlled by anchor yoke with pallets (7) interacting with said roller (4). Anchor bridge (10) contains from two ends of bottom plate (11) first and second spacers (20, 21), containing first and second support surfaces (22, 23) respectively, to accommodate first and second mating surfaces (24, 25) of balance bridge (30) at two ends of upper plate (11A). Upper plate (11A) is more yielding for bending than bottom plate (11), to provide for first mating surface (24) mobility relative to first support surface (22) as a result of force applied at least perpendicular to upper plate (11A), when second mating surface (25) is held in locking position on second supporting surface (23).

EFFECT: providing first mating surface mobility.
