The platinum (33) being configured to support other parts of the movement, such as an element extending at least partially in a second plane, characterized in that the clock mechanism contains means (30, 40, 130) of variable regulation, intended for variable regulation of the inclination of the regulating element (1, 10, 100) relative to the platinum (33), while the means (30, 40, 130) of variable regulation, intended for variable adjustment of the inclination of the regulating element (1, 10, 100), contain an inclined bridge (7, 57, 107), on which the specified element (1, 10, 100) is installed, and the inclined bridge (7, 57, 107) is made with the possibility of inclination relative to the platinum (33) so that the second plane forms an angle of variable magnitude with the first plane of the platinum (33).
