FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to ultrasonic surgery. Device for non-invasive local destruction of biological tissue consists of phased array with non-periodic arrangement of radiating elements and central hole for installation of sensor monitoring centre effect, non-recurrent arrangement of elements arranged along spiral, wherein size of elements is selected in amount of not more than 4 lengths of waves emitted by ultrasound with filling elements not less than 85 % of active surface of grid. Method for noninvasive local destruction of biological tissue consists in fact that tissue is exposed to pulses of focused ultrasound in frequency range 0.2-3 Mhz, generated phased array with intensity providing formation of shock fronts with amplitude of 50-150 MPa in wave profile in focus, generation of pulses with intensity sufficient for formation of shock fronts in focus is ensured by using phased array, and local tissue destruction in action provide electronic focus movement with angular deviation from axis of array within not less than ±8°, preventing limit movements reduced intensity in focus of not more than 50 % as compared with maximum intensity.
EFFECT: using given group will allow to increase efficiency of destructive effect of ultrasound in focus.
