FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to wave diagnostics, and is intended for non-invasive evaluation of biological tissue state. Simultaneous generation of longitudinal and transversal waves from group of: sonic and ultrasonic is realised. Waves are focused in tissues of organ under examination. Simultaneous reception of parametres of longitudinal and transversal waves which passed through organism is performed with pointing out borders of cell structures, caused by sudden change of biomechanical properties of medium. On the basis of said parametres visual images with resolution providing visual perception of tissue structure is formed and analysed in terms of tissue anisotropy and isotropy ratio, which is used to make conclusion about presence, absence of stage of pathology development.
EFFECT: evaluation of structural and functional state of tissues and organs by ratio of tissue anisotropy and isotropy based on longitudinal and transversal waves.
