SUBSTANCE: group inventions relates to local pharmaceutical compositions for treating hyperproliferative skin disease, Gorlin syndrome, basal cell carcinoma, sebaceous hyperplasia or psoriasis comprising N-[6-((2R,6S)-2,6-dimethylmorpholino)pyridin-3-yl]-2-methyl-4'-trifluoromethoxy)biphenyl-3-carboxamide, a solvent mixture consisting of dimethylisosorbide, propylene glycol, diisopropyl adipate and benzyl alcohol, an oil phase, antioxidants, texture enhancers, surfactants and preservatives. In addition, group of inventions relates to a method of treating a hyperproliferative skin disease, Gorlin syndrome, basal cell carcinoma, sebaceous hyperplasia or psoriasis using disclosed compositions.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides compositions that effectively deliver active agent into skin, limiting systemic exposure, skin permeability is maintained at acceptable levels, favorable from standpoint of patient tolerance and stable.
