Tablet contains 50 or 200 mg of 2-amide (S)-pyrrolidine-1,2-dicarboxylic acid of 1-({4-methyl-5-[2-(2,2,2-trifluoro-1,1-dimethylethyl)-pyridin-4-yl]-thiazol-2-yl}-amide) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a disintegrator in amount of 1 % to 25 % by weight, binder from 1 % to 20 % by weight, lubricant from 1 % to 15 % by weight, additional pharmaceutically acceptable excipients excluding tricalcium phosphate, anhydrous dicalcium orthophosphate, dicalcium orthophosphate or sucralose dihydrate, where the tablet has hardness of 25 to 75 N or 120 to 180 N and decay time of 3 min or less. Also disclosed is a method for preparing a dispersible tablet and a method of treating or preventing a proliferative disease.
