FIELD: roads.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diagnosis of railway track. Device for controlling position of railway line in horizontal plane according to invention has a computing unit, which includes two coordinate conversion units, two delay lines on 12.5 meters, two delay lines on 17 meters, a delay line on 50 meters, an adder and a normalising unit. Inertial navigation system and optical sensors are rigidly mechanically coupled. Each optical sensor, inertial navigation system and odometer are connected to inputs of computing unit so that optical sensors are connected to first inputs of corresponding coordinate conversion units, second inputs of units for converting coordinates are also connected with inertial navigation system, output of each of coordinate conversion units is connected to first inputs of two delay lines (12.5 and 17 m), second inputs of these delay lines are also connected with odometer outputs of these delay lines and units for converting coordinates are outputs of computer unit and connected to inputs of units for calculating horizontal rail irregularities, inertial navigation system is connected to first input of delay line (on 50 m), second input of which is also connected to odometer, and output of which is connected to positive input of adder, a negative input of adder is connected with inertial navigation system, adder output is connected to unit of normalising output of which is output of computer unit and outputs of units for calculating horizontal irregularities is outputs of device as a whole.
EFFECT: reduced weight and size characteristics of device.
