FIELD: monitoring the condition of the rail track.
SUBSTANCE: device for monitoring the state of the rail track contains two sensors of vertical accelerations of axle boxes, two non-contact sensors of the optical range of wavelengths for measuring vertical and horizontal displacements of rail heads relative to the body, two non-contact sensors of the optical range of wavelengths for measuring the track width, two sensors of vertical displacements of the axle boxes relative to the body, a sensor distance traveled, a strapdown inertial navigation aid, a satellite navigation aid, a control and computing unit, including a personal electronic computer, the first and second controllers, a controller for calculating the path parameters, a current time block, a control results data unit, a printer and an operator console, in addition, it contains the track marker console. Additionally, two strapdown inertial navigation aids based on micromechanical sensors are installed on the unsprung part of the undercarriage of the non-boiler end of the car on the right and left axle boxes of one wheel pair, connected to the satellite navigation aid and to the control computer of the strapdown inertial navigation aids based on micromechanical sensors, which is connected to a personal electronic - computer.
EFFECT: geometric parameters of the track are determined with high accuracy and reliability and the complex characteristics of the dynamic interaction of the rail track and the rolling stock are calculated.
