FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for treating thermal, solar, chemical and infected burns of various degree and wounds of various origin, as well as for treatment of frostbites. Described is an agent for burn and wound healing in form of plaster, which includes at least one perfluoro-organic compound and additionally haemostatic hydrophilic agent in form of a porous sponge, previously at stage of manufacture or after impregnated and/or antiseptic and/or antimicrobial, and/or wound healing, and/or analgesic agent in amount of up to 5 % of weight of sponge, which is then impregnated with said perfluorocarbons in an amount which prevents its spontaneous leakage from porous sponge, sponge on one side is covered with gas-permeable polymer membrane and sponge with polymer membrane is placed in sealed air-tight package.
