The agent comprises perfluorodecaline and perfluorodimethylcyclohexane taken in the definite ratio of components. Invention provides accelerating processes of regeneration of impaired cells and wound epithelization, improves effectiveness against inflammatory processes, prevents appearance of rough scar tissue, excludes necessity of surgery operation and tissue transplantation and reduces times for treatment of patients.
