SUBSTANCE: in method of processing a target message, intended for a user of an electronic device connected to a server via a data network, intention parameter associated with target message is estimated. Intention parameter is determined by evaluating text content associated with target message, performing linguistic analysis of text content to determine intention parameter, which is associated with target message, and storing intention parameter associated with target message. Request for target message, which is associated with requested intention parameter is received. In response to match between intention parameter and requested intention parameter, target message is selected for transmission to an electronic device. Display of target message to user by electronic device is initiated.
