SUBSTANCE: it proposes a method implemented with computer for providing a search result page to the user of an electronic device, which includes receiving a search query, generating a set of query result search (SQRS), determining the SQRS relevance ratio depending on the search query and generating the search result page. The search result page contains a SQRS and targeted message. The target message is selected by a server by performing the following steps: selection of the target message from the first plurality of target messages when the SQRS relevance ratio is equal or exceeds the threshold value; otherwise, the selection of the target message is done from the second plurality of target messages. Both pluraties contain various targeted messages that are grouped according to the targeting parameter; transmitting the search result pages to the electronic device.

EFFECT: implementation of assignment of expanded technical means for providing the user with search result page on an electronic device.
