FIELD: drilling of wells.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to assembly for transformation of coupling in borehole, method of installation of transformer coupling in borehole. Assembly for coupling transformation in borehole comprises metal tubular housing made with possibility of lowering into a substantially cylindrical structure of larger diameter and fixation inside it, a metal element in the form of a coupling arranged outside the metal tubular body to form a chamber between them. Metal element in form of coupling has first and second ends attached to metal tubular housing and sealed therewith. Metallic tubular housing comprises a port, made with possibility of fluid medium flow into said chamber with provision of metal element movement in the form of coupling in outward direction and its transformation relative to inner surface of larger diameter structure. Metal tubular body comprises one or more tubular sections arranged along central longitudinal axis. First tubular section comprises part with first side wall thickness, part with second side wall thickness adjoining part with first side wall thickness, and first annular surface formed by collar. Shoulder makes an annular ledge on the external surface of the first tubular section and is perpendicular to the central longitudinal axis. First end of the metal element in the form of a coupling contains the second annular surface, which is perpendicular to the central longitudinal axis. First and second annular surfaces are arranged with butt joint and form flat surfaces, which are fixed together by a weld to ensure attachment of the metal element first end to the metallic tubular body on the first tubular section with the first end seal. Method includes arrangement of assembly in pipe string, lowering of pipe string into well shaft, pumping of fluid medium through pipe string and increase of its pressure, opening the valve in the support metal tubular body to allow the fluid inlet between the outer surface of the support metal tubular body and the inner surface of the metal element in form of a coupling and continued pumping of fluid medium to ensure coupling movement in radial direction outward and its transformation.

EFFECT: technical result is simplified assembly and simplified design of insulating barrier.
