SUBSTANCE: invention relates to alcoholic beverages industry. To produce 1000 Dal of an alcoholic beverage, following ingredients are used: blueberry mors - 100-600, water and alcohol first drainage infusion of cherry kernel - 50-70, water and alcohol first drainage infusion of cherry leaf - 20-30, water and alcohol first drainage infusion of cherry fruit stalks - 10-30, water and alcohol first drainage infusion of oak wood - 10-15, water and alcohol first drainage infusion of goldenrod leaves and blossom clusters - 10-15, alcoholised cherry juice - 400-500, water and alcohol liquid - balance to alcohol content of 18-50 vol%.
EFFECT: invention improves organoleptic properties of ready product, imparting product a slightly perceptible taste and aroma of creamy chocolate.
