SUBSTANCE: liqueur for production of 1000 dhal whereof one uses the following ingredients, l: wild blueberry mors - 100-600, water-and-alcohol cherry kernel first drainage infusion - 50-70, water-and-alcohol cherry leaf first drainage infusion - 20-30, water-and-alcohol cherry fruit stems first drainage infusion - 10-30, water-and-alcohol oak wood first drainage infusion - 10-15, cherry alcoholised juice - 40-50, water-and-alcohol - in an amount required for 18-50 vol % proof.
EFFECT: invention allows to enhance organoleptic indices of the ready product by way of imparting a slightly perceptible chocolate taste and aroma.
