FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for drying and additional drying of linen stock, flax straw and other agricultural materials in form of rolls. Device comprises hollow cylinder with holes, cone for roll piercing and air duct to feed heat carrier. Inside first hollow cylinder rod with external thread is installed, on which a piston is installed. Rod is connected to shaft of first electric motor. On inner surface of hollow cylinder from side of heat carrier supply there is sliding shutter, connected with stem and with air duct. Stem is made in form of hollow shaft. First rod is installed inside stem with gap. Stem is rigidly connected with nut installed on second rod with external thread. Second rod is installed parallel to first rod and through coupling is connected to shaft of second electric motor. Humidity sensors are installed at equal distance from each other in central parts of roll zones. Signals from humidity sensors and setter enter to electric motors control unit.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of heat carrier using without increasing its flow rate and uniform drying of roll by height.
