FIELD: metal processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technological processes of metal forming and can be used for producing without removal of metal hardened pieces of finished rolled sheet. Sheet workpiece is rolled consecutively between rollers, flexible shaped transverse direction of workpiece corrugations. Workpiece is then straightened between smooth rolls, fed into space between others perpendicular to direction of movement of workpiece arranged shaped rolls, where lengthwise corrugations are formed on workpiece along direction of movement. Workpiece is straightened again in smooth rolls and thus workpiece subjected to alternate in different directions deformation has increased isotropy of properties, uniformity of its microstructure, mechanical properties, and workpiece is hardened. Shaping-straightening cycles are repeated, thus changing step and depth of corrugations of top and bottom shaped rolls.
EFFECT: homogeneous microstructure and mechanical properties of obtained sheet workpieces along and across sheet material.
