SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in gardening, decorative gardening in periods of absence of snow cover during winter and prevernal thawing weather and frosts. Winter nearwellbore radian barrier is made in the form of a cloth of air-permeable and water-permeable material. Diffuse reflectance of the material is close to the fresh snow albedo. Barrier is made in the form of a flat shape for spreading on soil in the tree or bush nearwellbore area. Solar energy reflection from the outer surface of barrier in the daytime protects the soil in the tree or bush nearwellbore area from excessive heating. It also protects plants against early sap flow.
EFFECT: reflection at night in soil from the barrier lower surface of the thermal radiation of the Earth, mainly in the infrared region, which prevents radiation cooled thoroughly soil in the tree or bush nearwellbore area.
