FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, particularly to a method of reducing content of cadmium and lead in meat poultry meat. Method comprises continuous supply of feed containing an additive with nanoparticles, starting from two-week age of feeding poultry to slaughtering. Additive used is nanovermiculite in an amount of 0.8-2.5 wt% with respect to weight of feed.
EFFECT: use of invention will improve quality of products from poultry meat.
