FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of fodders for farm animals, namely to feeding fur animals, and can be used in agriculture and animal husbandry. Fodder additive for improving quality of skin and fur of fur animals includes diacetylphenonylselenide and filler. Nanoglauconite is used as filler in fodder additive, which is mixed with diacetylphenonylselenide at ratio of 7.5-15.0 g of nanoglauconite per 1 mg of diacetylphenonylselenide.
EFFECT: feeding with fodder additive provides increased thickness of skin tissue, on which fur of fur animals is located, while maintaining almost unchanged other indices of skin quality and related fur coat.
