FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, particularly to a method of reducing content of lead and cadmium in poultry meat. Method comprises continuous supply of feed containing an additive with nanoparticles, starting from two-week age of feeding poultry to slaughtering. Additive used is nanosapropel in amount of 1.5-3.5 wt% with respect to weight of feed.
EFFECT: invention improves quality of products from poultry meat.
