FIELD: aviation.

SUBSTANCE: vertical take-off and landing aircraft contains two blade propulsors, the lower of which has a plate shape, and the upper has a flat shape or a plate shape. Each propulsor contains a reactive power plant. Frame of each propulsor is mounted on a metal disc connected with a vertical shaft of the aircraft, and is equipped with blades. Blades are installed with a possibility to changing the position. Aircraft (AC) can have intermediate blade propulsors installed between the upper and lower propulsors and having a flat or a plate shape. Reactive power plant of every propulsor comprises an air motor and receivers connected with a compressor. Frame of every propulsor includes two rings, one of which is connected with the disc, and radial stripes installed along the propulsor frame perimeter and connected with the rings and blades.

EFFECT: there is achieved higher reliability and efficiency of AC, possibility of AC vertical, horizontal, or inclined movement (at any angle).
