SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aviation and space engineering, particularly, to VTOL aircraft designes. Vertical take-off and landing aircraft includes jet power plants containing compressors, bypass valves, receivers, a nuclear power plant. Turbine are equipped with hybrid engines with the ability to operate both from electricity and liquid fuel. Each turbine on the aircraft outer side has a corrugated tip consisting of two parts: a base and an extending part. Herewith bases of the corrugated tips on the turbine are hinged to rotate around their axes and are connected to the device of side orientation to change the discharge side, and the second part of the corrugated tip is connected to the automatic angle control device, which, if necessary, extends out of the body one side of the corrugated part for changing the discharge angle by more than 90 degrees from vertical to horizontal planes.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of the aircraft.
