FIELD: recycling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates primarily to technologies for the utilization of predominantly solid municipal waste (SMW), including municipal waste, as well as other types of waste similar to them in properties, in particular waste from the polymer, food, woodworking, petrochemical industries. The installation contains a sequentially connected unit for preparation and crushing of waste with a section for feeding crushed waste into a thermolysis reactor, a multistage line for purification of off-gaseous fractions, water treatment and collection of the liquid phase and waste for disposal. The thermolysis reactor is made multi-chamber, consists of vertical steel reaction chambers of rectangular cross-section, each of which has a width of 600 - 620 mm, a length of at least 1200 mm, a height of 6000 – 7000 mm and is made with the possibility of heating from bottom to top, equipped with an external lining made of refractory materials, external two-layer lining with heat-insulating and refractory layers, supporting metal frame. The reaction chambers are connected to each other with the possibility of ensuring their series-parallel operation, each reaction chamber is equipped with a loading feeder at the top, with a gas burner device at the bottom, an unloading unit that is connected to a block for collecting the carbonaceous residue formed in the process of waste thermolysis. The unloading unit is made in the form of an unloading cone, a sluice-feeder and a screw conveyor-cooler, while the bodies of the unloading cone, a sluice-lock-feeder and a screw conveyor-cooler are connected in series with each other, equipped with a water cooling jacket and connected to a cooling water supply device ensuring the creation of a single cooling circuit with a closed cycle of cooling water circulation, wherein each screw conveyor-cooler is additionally connected to the water vapor circulation line for cooling the carbonaceous residue by contacting it with the cooling wash water, and each reaction chamber is connected to the collectors of fuel gas, raw synthesis gas and flue gases.
EFFECT: deep complex processing of waste of various origins, containing a hydrocarbon component, with the production of synthetic coal as a commercial product with a simultaneous increase in energy efficiency and productivity of the thermal destruction process.
