FIELD: petrochemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to petrochemistry. A regenerator of the C3-C5 paraffin hydrocarbon dehydrogenation system with a fluidized bed of a finely dispersed alumo-chrome catalyst is described, including a cylindrical housing (1), a pipeline (2) for supplying oxygen-containing gas through a distributor (3) in the lower part of the fluidized bed, a fuel gas inlet pipeline (4) through a burner device (5) with a system of perforated pipes in the upper fluidized bed parts, transport pipe (7) with open outlet end (12), directed upwards to enter into the upper part of the fluidized bed a mixture of the catalyst spent in the reactor and the transporting air (31), partitioning gratings (8) located along the height of the fluidized bed, while containing the catalyst heating zone (9) by burning fuel gas supplied to the burner device (5) and burning coke from the catalyst in the upper parts of the fluidized bed, the oxidation zone of the catalyst and desorption of oxidation products (10) by oxygen-containing gas supplied to the regenerator in the lower part of the fluidized bed above the distributor (3) of oxygen-containing gas, as well as a cup of reduction-desorption preparation of the catalyst (11) in the lower part of the regenerator housing (1), having distributors (13), (14) connected to pipelines, respectively, for the input of reducing gas (15) and inert gas (16), as well as a branch pipe (17) for the output of the flow of regenerated and prepared catalyst (28) into the reactor, and an additional burner device (33) for burning fuel gas is installed in the catalyst heating zone (9), including the upper part of the transport pipe (7), located coaxially with the regenerator housing (1) and with an open upper outlet end (12) pointing upwards in the catalyst heating zone (9), mounted on the upper outlet end (12) of the transport pipe (7), the first disk (18) surrounding the upper opening of the transport pipe (7), and the second disk (19) located some distance up from the first disk (18) and rigidly connected to it to form an open ring-shaped space (20) between the disks (18), (19), in this case, the additional burner device (33) has a distribution chamber (36) connected to the pipeline (29) for fuel gas input, made in the form of an annular box (32) surrounding the upper part of the transport pipe (7) or a distribution chamber (37) in the form of a pipe (21) located coaxially inside the transport pipe (7), and attached to the second disk (19), and these distribution chambers (36), (37) have, respectively, metering holes (30), (22) in the wall of the transport pipe (7) or in the wall of the pipe (21), for the release of fuel gas into the flow of a mixture of catalyst and transporting air (31).

EFFECT: increase in the technical and economic indicators of the processes of dehydrogenation of paraffin hydrocarbons by reducing the consumption of the catalyst and reducing the air consumption for the regeneration of the catalyst.
