FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an installation for the dehydration of paraffin hydrocarbons C3-C5 into the corresponding olefin hydrocarbons, including a reactor (1) and a regenerator (2) with a fine-dispersed fluidized bed of the alumina-chromium catalyst, pipelines (7), (8) to circulate the equilibrium catalyst from the reactor to the regenerator and back, pipelines (5) to supply raw materials to the reactor, air to the regenerator (6), pipelines to the output the contact gas (9) and regeneration gas (10) connected to the cyclones (3) located in the upper part of the reactor (1) and the regenerator (2), shell-and-tube heat exchangers (11), (12) installed on these pipelines to recover heat of the contact gas and the regeneration gas in the flow of the gases in the tube space of the heat exchangers, the device for wet (13) and dry (14) capture of the contact gas and the regeneration gas entrained with catalyst dust. The installation has a system of supplying the shell-and-tube heat exchangers (11) and/or (12) of the equilibrium catalyst to the input of the tube space from the reactor-regenerator device to capture the catalyst at the output of the tube space of the shell-and-tube heat exchangers of the contact gas and/or regeneration gas and to return the captured catalyst in the upper part of the fluidized bed of the reactor and/or regenerator.
EFFECT: installation improves the technical and economic indicators of the processes of dehydrogenation, stabilizes the operation of the dehydration units, increases the production capacity of olefin hydrocarbons at the expense of piling heat exchangers for recovery contact gas and regeneration gas heat with catalyst dust.
