FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic machinery. Hydraulic servo vibrator consists of hydraulic cylinder 1 of double action, trilinear two-position distributing spool and sleeve 2 with positive or zero overlapping windows in neutral intermediate position of slide valve, servo trilinear spool and sleeve 3 with positive or zero overlapping of windows in neutral intermediate position slide valve. Rod cavity 4 has constant hydraulic connection with pressure line 5. Piston cavity 6 has hydraulic connection 7 with working input pair 2. Distributing spool and sleeve 2 has different diameters of ends. Small area of end 8 is hydraulically connected 9 with line 5, and larger end 10 has a hydraulic connection 11 with right end 12 of spool and sleeve 3. Pair 3 has constant hydraulic connection 13 of left end 14 of spool and sleeve 3 with cavity 6. End 12 has hydraulic connection 15 with working channel of slide valve 3. Spool and sleeve 3 has constant kinematic connection 16 with piston 17 with provision of independent displacement relative to each other of spool and sleeve 3 and piston 17 at specified interval.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at ensuring constant amplitude of oscillations and higher efficiency.
