FIELD: hydraulic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic engineering and can be used in various industries. Hydraulic servo vibrator consists of housing 1, piston 21 with rod 20, working cavities 4 and 5, distributing spool pair 2, hydraulic channels 6, 7 between cavities 4, 5 and the grooves of pair 2, supplied by pressure and drain lines 8, 9. Spool 10 of pair 2 is pressed against return spring 11 to tracking plunger pair 3, which has movable plunger chamber 12 in contact with spool 10, and movable plunger 18 with a given stroke relative to chamber 12, in contact with rod 20. Cavity between movable plunger 18 and chamber 12 is in communication with hydraulic channel 16 for supplying an external control hydraulic signal from external distributor 17. Pair 2 has a positive or zero overlap between windows in the neutral position.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at ensuring the constancy of the oscillation amplitude, the possibility of phase synchronization of the movement of the rods of two or more hydraulic servo drives, independent frequency adjustment of the oscillations of one, two or more hydraulic servo vibrators.
