FIELD: test equipment; electricity; optical system.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing of optical-electronic and optical-mechanical devices, and concerns cryogenic vacuum test bench. Test bench includes vacuum-cryogenic chamber, cooled radiation screens, universal and dynamic radiation sources, collimator, rotary and breaking mirrors, spectroradiometer, cryogenic support system, evacuation system, optical channel background unit, and shift interferometer. Cooled inner-chamber functional optical-mechanical devices are made in form of separate modules installed in proper sections of vacuum-cryogenic chamber with respective cooled screens and arranged as required in united operating simulation and testing facility.
EFFECT: reduced dimensions, reduction of starting period, and reduction of power consumption by device are provided.
