SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition of a foamed glass composite and can be used in industrial production of construction materials. Foamed glass composite includes: ground glass, dolomite production wastes and polycarboxylate as surfactant, and additionally contains carbon nanostructures in following proportions, wt%: dolomite production wastes - 0.5-1.0, surfactant - 10.0, carbon nanostructures - 0.5-0.8, scrap glass - balance.
EFFECT: wider raw material base.
