FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for cleaning, grinding, polishing and surface hardening of small parts in free abrasive medium. Treatment method involves reaction of surfaces of parts with sealed by centrifugal forces abrasive medium located in stator and rotor. Provided is joint toroidal movement to form column of parts and abrasive medium in form of top and bottom rotating parts by rotation of stator simultaneously with rotor rotation. Device is used, in which rotor has radial partitions and is mounted with help of bearing assembly on rigidly fixed hollow shaft. Stator with upper ribs is mounted on upper end of said shaft, which lower end is rigidly attached into hollow shaft. Motor is made with two shaft output ends to support drive pulleys to transmit torque to driven pulleys connected with stator and rotor respectively.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and purity of surface treatment of small sized parts.
