SUBSTANCE: invention relates to high cross-country capacity and, in particular, to design of vehicle with devices providing improved contact of wheel with road in complex road conditions. Device comprises a wheel tire which is solid or filled with spongeous mass with radial holes placed along the circumference of wheel with bush-like seats, where studs are movably installed. Each stud is provided with a return spring, buffer and support, each of which interacts with one of cams or sequentially with all cams fixed on tubular shaft coupled with studs drive mechanism.

EFFECT: technical result is improved adhesion with road surface in complex road conditions without damaging the road surface.
