FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed to be used as part of testing equipment when determining characteristics of fragmentation ammunition fragment cloud. Target includes flat front (1) and rear (2) sheet elements with liquid indicator (3) arranged between them. As the liquid indicator a highly-flammable liquid is used with the layer thickness of one molecular. As the sheet elements transparent or opaque polymer film materials are used, while the liquid indicator may be saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbons and their mixtures or oil products. In the liquid indicator a highly-flammable surfactant or an adhesive additive may be additionally introduced.
EFFECT: target-prototype simplification, providing reliable indication of its killing with fragments without considerable change of their kinematic characteristics, which increases reliability of test results.
