SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry, in particular, to operation and repair of wells, and can be used for sealing disorders of production string and watered layers. Device includes the upper and the lower packer elements, where: sealing cups, hydraulic mounting tool with a rod, the upper and the lower conical mandrels, the second hydraulic mounting tool, including a catcher, an adapter arranged between the upper and the lower packer elements having a saddle with a side board, a face and a folding ring installed in the saddle of the adapter and having free travel, - are arranged. Packer elements are made with the ability of their alternative expansion, starting from the upper one, by two round-trip operations with alternate application of the two hydraulic mounting tools. Folding ring is designed to thrust against the face of the adapter lower part, having smaller inner diameter relative to the upper one; at its interaction with the second hydraulic mounting tool at its lowering and the ability of subsequent opening of the ring segments after its thrust against the saddle side board of the adapter when the second hydraulic mounting tool is lifted to ensure the lower conical mandrel after expansion of the lower packer element. Bottom packer element includes a fishing branch pipe.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of the patch are achieved, time costs are reduced.
