SUBSTANCE: hydro-mechanical cemented liner packer hanger is presented. The hydro-mechanical cemented liner packer includes extractable and non-extractable parts. The extractable part includes an extension cord, a sealing unit, a nut with a left thread, a rotation mechanism, flip-out cams for transferring the weight of the transport column to the end of the funnel. The non-removable part includes the body of the anchor assembly, on which the anchor hydraulic drive is mounted, spring ring dies having toothed notches, a cone with embedded dowels. The anchor body is connected to the coupling of the sealing unit, the packer body with the upper anchor unit installed, a sealing rubber-metal cuff, a cone, a pusher and a funnel. The retaining ring dies of the anchor are made in the form of a radial slotted spring with annular notches. The cuff of the packer assembly is made in the form of a rubberized metal ring with protrusions for cutting into the walls of the well and retaining rubber. The upper anchor assembly of the packer is made in the form of a split collet with annular notches. The mechanism of rotation and disconnection of the shank is made in the form of a floating nut with a left-hand thread. The sealing unit is made in the form of a metal housing with installed stops.

EFFECT: increase in the reliability of casing string descent to a given depth, simplification of manufacturing technology, increased fitness (adaptability) to various geological conditions.
