FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to physiology and gerontology. Human biological age is calculated by four values, age by year of birth, age, which person gives himself, age, determined at least by 5 experts-men and not less than 5 experts-women by "Delfa" method. When it is impossible to obtain self-concept of age from human all calculations are performed in three figures, passport age, age by expert evaluations of women and age by expert evaluations of men. Biological age dynamics index is determined by formula including ratio of difference in values of biological age, calculated at daily loads, and changed biological age on arithmetic mean value of everyday and changed biological age, multiplied by 100.

EFFECT: method provides simple and accessible determination of biological age, without using special preparation and special equipment.
