Health status, bad habits and cardiovascular and respiratory systems functional state indicators, muscle strength, physical performance and psycho-emotional state of a person are analyzed. The most informative indicators are detected and the degree of their deviation from the age norm are determined as a score.

EFFECT: method allows to determine biological age by taking into account informative morphological and functional indicators.
