FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining the proper biological age from formula. R is the skin blood vessel spasm duration as response to noradrenaline in min, Tk is the skin thermal restoration time under cool test in s, HSV is the heart stroke volume in ml, VI is the vegetative index in units, HWEI is the heart work efficiency index in units, CI is the general conjunctival index in scores, SV is the systolic value inn units, SHE is the subjective health estimation in %, MHF is the muscular hand force in kg, IBDD is the breathing delay duration after deep inhalation in s, WT is the Wechsler digital test in units, SBD is the static balance duration in s. Difference between biological age and the proper biological age is determined. The BA-PBA being less than 4.1 years, reduced senescence rate is considered to take place. The value being from -4.1 to 2.2 years, medium senescence rate is considered to take place. The value being higher than 2.2 years, increased senescence rate is considered to take place. EFFECT: high accuracy of method.
