FIELD: electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automatic control theory and can be used for making models of complex objects, described by differential equations in partial derivatives, the process of mathematical modelmaking of which is difficult because of incomplete information, challenging operating modes and structural features of the object. Method comprises collection of statistical data in the mode of the nominal operation of the object and their use as educational sample for dynamic neural network with elements of fractional delay in feedback branch; herewith after completion of training the input of the neural network, like a "black box", is supplied with a standard step effect, and the obtained reaction at the output of the neural network using modified Simoyu method (area method) is approximated in the form of the transfer function of fractional order.
EFFECT: technical result is high accuracy of creating a mathematical model of complex object described by differential equations in partial derivatives.
