FIELD: chemical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for controlling chemical process systems. To control the system, current monitoring of the signal associated with the process equipment located upstream of the chemical reactor is performed, as well as current monitoring of the signal associated with the process equipment located downstream, processing of the set of signals thus received from the input and the output of each unit of process equipment is carried out by a digital twin of the chemical technological process, which calculates the control parameters of each piece of process equipment.
EFFECT: ability to predict the operation of equipment and form a set of control parameters in which the chemical process system operates in optimal mode.
