FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction branch of road-transport industry and may be used in making asphalt concrete, including using nanotechnologies. Composition of asphalt concrete involves crushed stone, quartz-feldspar sand, mineral powder, bitumen and a carbon additive, as a carbon additive contains Fullerene mixture obtained by synthesis in electric-arc plasma-chemical reactor, in following proportions, wt%: crushed stone is 42-44, quartz-feldspar sand with fineness modulus Mcd=3 is 48-50, mineral powder MP-1 is 8-9, at that bitumen BND 90/130 is taken in amount of 5.4-5.6 wt% over mineral part, Fullerene mixture is taken in amount of 0.03-0.06 wt% of weight of asphalt concrete and for uniform distribution of Fullerene mixture in bitumen, bitumen heating is used to temperature of 130-140 °C.
EFFECT: high strength of asphalt concrete for compression at 20 °C and at 50 °C and reduced consumption of carbon additive.
