FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in electrical energy generation systems for electrical power distribution. Electromechanical system consists of a motor, provided with a function for conversion of thermal energy into rotation of an output element, and kinematically connected with at least one generator which, through a unit for measuring mains frequency, voltage, phase, load angle, is connected to consumer. System is equipped with electromagnetic transmission with variable gear ratio, arranged in kinematic chain communication engine, with at least one generator and made in form of annular rotor of synchronous machine with permanent magnets, inside which there is a rotor of asynchronous machine with rotary magnetic field generated by permanent magnets, wherein between them there is a multi-phase control winding, which enables to change gear ratio between low-speed and high-speed shafts.

EFFECT: providing operating reliability of electric power system due to transformation ratio between low-speed and high-speed shafts for elimination of emergency mode of transition generators into asynchronous mode.
