FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: high-speed electric machines with permanent magnets on the inner rotor. The rotor of the magnetoelectric machine contains a permanent magnet (PM) made in the form of a disk of equal strength, non-magnetic clamping disks of equal strength, a shaft or half-shafts, and the PM disk is pressed from the ends with non-magnetic clamping disks. Non-magnetic clamping disks can be made with radial ribs from the outer ends. At the same time, the manufacture of the claimed design of the rotor of a magnetoelectric machine can be carried out in the following ways: either non-magnetic clamping disks with a PM disk are tightened using screws installed in the holes of the PM disk and non-magnetic clamping disks, or using pressure nuts located on the threaded connection of the shaft, or by the use of angular bearings, with the help of which the contraction of non-magnetic clamping disks with a PM disk is carried out during the assembly process.
EFFECT: increasing the maximum permissible circumferential speed of the rotor of an electric machine with magnetoelectric excitation, improving specific power and weight and size characteristics, providing the possibility of increasing the linear load and the maximum power of the magnetoelectric machine.
