FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: in housing 1 of safety valve containing inlet branch pipe 2 and outlet branch pipe 3, unloaded locking element 6 is pressed to seat 4 by adjustment spring 5. Locking element 6 is equipped with piston drive of one-sided action with working cavity A for control medium, at inlet into which rupture membrane 13 is installed. Increasing rate of operation of safety device is achieved due to use of piston drive to open safety valve by means of working medium from protected object. In branch pipe 2 there is second rupture membrane 14, which operation pressure exceeds actuation pressure of membrane 13. Locking element 6 is equipped with piston shank 16 arranged in discharge cylinder 17. Cross section areas of shank 16 and cylinder 17 are equal to area of seat 4. Cavity B of cylinder 17 is interconnected by channel 18 with area of safety valve counter pressure.
EFFECT: proposed is safety device related to pipeline valves.
