FIELD: energy.
SUBSTANCE: wind turbine torque and speed controller with blades installed with possibility of rotation on axles arranged on shaft of wind turbine, installed horizontally in head of wind-driven unit. Blades are articulated with output shaft of regulator containing spring-loaded weight movably installed on shaft of wind turbine as rotation frequency sensor and kinematic spring-loaded weight movement transmission system on controller output shaft coaxially installed to shaft of wind turbine. Axes are attached to carriage installed on shaft, which rotation is limited by first stopper on wind turbine shaft and stopper on carriage, and between second stopper on wind turbine shaft and stopper on carriage spiral spring wound on wind turbine shaft is installed. Spring-loaded weight is made in form of spring-loaded friction roller, kinematically connected with input gear of gearbox mounted on wind turbine shaft, which output gear is rigidly fixed on controller output shaft. Friction roller is located in space between external and internal friction rings fitted on head coaxially to wind turbine shaft in plane perpendicular to its axis.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of wind turbine speed adjustment at minimum controller dimensions and weight, as well as enlarging its functional capabilities.
