FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: hydraulic system for limiting capacity and rotation rate of a wind-power unit with a shaft installed horizontally in the head, containing a double-acting hydraulic motor kinematically connected with blades mounted on the shaft with the possibility of rotation around axes perpendicular to the shaft, a hydraulic pump hydraulically connected with the first and second cavities of the hydraulic cylinder and a discharge tank, a distributor and a control device, inputs of which receive signals from sensors of shaft rotation rate and power of the generator kinematically connected with it, and the output is connected to the executive body. The hydraulic pump, discharge tank, distributor and hydraulic cylinder are mounted on the shaft, wherein the hydraulic cylinder is mounted coaxially on the butt end of the shaft, the hydraulic cylinder rod is connected with the blades directly via the traction system, the discharge tank is made in the form of atmosphere-isolated corrugation, the first and second lines of hydraulic pump of bidirectional operation are connected directly to the exits of the first and second hydraulic cylinder cavities and to the exits of the first and second distributor cavities made in the form of a sleeve split by a disk placed in it on the first and second cavities, communicating through holes in the central part of each of the two sleeve bottoms, covered on the outside with valves mechanically connected to the disk, to the cavity of the discharge tank, and an actuation of the hydraulic pump is carried out by a friction roller mounted on its shaft, forming pairs of friction gearing with two locking rings located on either side of it in planes perpendicular to the shaft axial line, attached coaxially to the shaft to the body of the head with the possibility of the axial displacement in the direction of the friction roller under the influence of the executive body of the control device, which input additionally receives signals from the sensor of extreme positions of hydraulic cylinder piston.
EFFECT: limitation of power developed by the wind-power unit.
